jerichoskincare.com.au is owned and operated by Olit Pty Ltd (ABN: 48 630 248 458), the Company acting as an exclusive authorised distributor of Jericho Cosmetcs products on the territory of Australia and New Zealand. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and /or by completing the registration process to become a member of jerichoskincare.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. jerichoskincare.com.au may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately.
The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia
- Product information and pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are as accurate as possible. We disclose full information received from the manufacturer about the ingredients, application and safety measures. It is customer’s responsibility to familiarize with the information provided and make sure that they are not allergic to any of active/inactive ingredients listed for a chosen skincare product.
The price of a product(s) indicated on the website includes 10% GST. The prices might be subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The updated prices will form part of this Terms and Conditions.
- Order processing and dispatch
We process and dispatch orders on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Average processing time does not exceed 24 hours from the moment the order has been received. The extended processing time applies to orders place on Friday afternoon and during weekend; these orders will be processed and dispatched on the first work day following the weekend.
- Delivery Options
Jericoskincare.com.au has the right to choose a delivery method to your requested address. We use various courier services to ensure the best service is provided to our customers. We will notify you about the shipping service and tracking number of your delivery via email once the order has been dispatched.
Once your order has left with the assigned courier, it is the customer responsibility to correspond with the courier company to ensure your parcel is delivered. You will need to use the tracking information we will send you via email to correspond with the courier company. If you have problems with delivery, we are happy to help, provided you have made the necessary attempts to contact the assigned courier company first.
We reserve the right to not send out orders until we have a clear shipping address and phone number, so please ensure that your shipping address and phone number is correct and someone will be available to sign for your parcel during business hours at that address.
To ensure prompt delivery, you may tick the authority to leave without signature box under the Delivery Options. If this box is ticked and no one is home to sign for delivery, the package will be left at your premises according to your instructions. Should you wish to choose this option, we will not be able to process any claims for a lost package once the package has been left.
The delivery time may vary depending on the courier service and destination. Most orders will be dispatched with Australia Post.

When orders dispatch with alternative courier service, the estimated delivery date will be provided via dispatch confirmation email.

- Returns and Refunds
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify our Customer Service team by emailing to sales@jerichoskincare.com.au to initiate a return/refund process.
We encourage you to contact us immediately upon receipt of your order if you identified the following issues:
- Order discrepancy, when you have received the wrong items or incorrect quantities
- Damaged Items
- Faulty Items
We offer 10 days for the ‘change of mind’ returns and 30 days returns for other reasons described in our Returns Policy which forms part of this Terms and Conditions.
- Claims
Jerochoskincare.com.au does not make any claims in regards to the products sold via website, whether direct or implied. The claims are made entirely by the respective manufacturer and not by us.
- Special Offers and Promotional Emails
Any Special Offer which you have received via email or website is subject to Terms and Conditions of this particular offer.
If you have been provided with the discount code, it should be applied at check out.
You are also accepting all Terms & Conditions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Jerichoskincare reserves the right to update and change these terms at any time.
