The Facial Cleansing Brush with photon light rejuvenation is an essential addition to your skincare routine for at-home use. Crafted from the softest food-grade silicone, this brush is expertly designed to provide deep cleansing, minimise pores, gently exfoliate, and enhance skin tone. The gentle vibration of the brush not only cleanses the skin but also improves blood circulation and promotes cell oxygenation. Additionally, the device features three types of LED lights (Red, Blue, and Yellow) to address a wide range of skin concerns, including signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles, lack of skin firmness, pigmentation, uneven complexion, inflammation, skin redness, and acne. For optimal results, it is recommended to combine LED light treatments with your preferred skincare products to enhance absorption and maximise their benefits.
Functions & Benefits
The skincare device has several functions:
- Positive ion function: It uses positive and negative ionic attraction to remove difficult-to-wash residues and dirt from pores.
- Negative ion function: It helps to lock in nutrients and moisture in the skin by using positive and negative charge ion attraction.
- Vibration: It massages the skin, improves blood circulation, and soothes and relaxes the skin.
- Red LED light: The 630nm-635nm red light promotes skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments by penetrating the dermis, generating collagen and elastin, and improving skin elasticity and moisture retention.
- Yellow LED light: The 590nm-595nm yellow light brightens the skin, alleviates redness and inflammation, and is helpful for hyperpigmentation and dull, dehydrated skin. It accelerates blood circulation, activates cells, promotes cell renewal, decomposes skin melanin, improves skin complexion, and reduces the appearance of dark spots.
- Blue LED light reduces skin inflammation, eliminates acne-causing bacteria, and regulates oil production.
Usage
- Rinse your face with warm water.
- Rinse the device with water. Apply cleanser to the brush head.
- Using the power/mode button, turn on the device and select the mode and vibration intensity.
- Apply the brush head to your face and move gently in circular motions over your face.
- After cleaning, turn the device off & rinse it clean with water. Rinse your face, pat dry, and apply your desired skincare products.
- To use LED light therapy: Turn the device on by holding the button for 3 seconds. Once the device is on, it will vibrate. Push the button quickly to change to LED light; once on, change colors and use over the areas of your face where you’d like to apply LED light therapy. Please don’t hold it in one spot for too long.
Maintenance
- Clean the brush after each use. Don't clean with alcohol, Tianna water, gasoline, nail remover, or any aggressive chemical solution. These may cause product failure, cracking parts, or discolouration.
Clean and take good care of the device if you don't use it for a long time.
To avoid damage to the lithium battery, charge the device at least once every two months.
Precautions
- This product shall not be used:
- By children, pregnant women, patients with epilepsy, tumours and cancer;
- By patients with cardiac pacemakers, implanted with cardiac defibrillators and other implanted in vivo devices;
- If you are allergic to light or light allergies caused by the use of drugs;
- On damaged skin, open wounds and skin with eczema;
- For a long time on thyroid neck position because long-time direct stimulation of red light may cause thyroid hyperplasia;
- In EMS mode on the chest as it may cause arrhythmia.
If you have any medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
- Use with care for the first time and on sensitive skin; discontinue use if you notice any adverse effects. Always pay attention to skin comfort when using.
- Clean the product before using it the first time.
- Do not look directly at the light source, which may cause eye discomfort.
- Do not immerse the device in water for a long time to avoid electric leakage, burns, fire, or damage.
- When the battery is only 20 per cent charged, the red hinter light will flick twice every 10 seconds to remind the brush to be charged.
- The USB cable charges this product. The red light flickers during charging and is always on when the device is fully charged.
- If the battery is low, the product will automatically shut down. You will not be able to turn it on until it is sufficiently charged.

Please note: if your order has been sent to the wrong address, we will do our very best to recover and redirect it. However, if an incorrect shipping address was provided in the order by a customer, a charge of $14.95 for re-sending the order and handling must be paid prior to order being re-sent. If the order is cancelled prior to re-sending, we will refund the order minus a $14.95 postage and handling fee.
Order Dispatch
We process and dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Should we experience any delays in processing your order we will contact you within one business day by email or phone.
Delivery time
Standard shipping time with Australia Post might take from 1 to 7 days; delivery to some areas might take up to 10 days.
Express delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days, though some delays can be expected to certain areas.

If your order has been sent with other courier service, we will provide you with shipping information and estimated delivery time via email.
Tracking your order
All jerichoskincare.com.au orders receive a tracking number. Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Once an order is in transit, our customers assume the responsibility to track their parcel by entering their tracking number via Australia Post E-Parcel portal or other courier website if your order was dispatch with alternative courier service. Should you experience any issues, please feel free to contact us and we will make it our every effort to help track your parcel.
Transit Insurance & Lost Parcels
Free postage insurance is provided for all orders unless you have given the authority to leave on delivery when placing your order. Please contact our Customer Service at sales@jerichoskincare.com.au and provide us with your full name, order number and tracking information and we will do our best to locate your parcel.
Please note: Australia Post investigations may take up to 10 business days. Based on Australia Post’s investigation we will either re-direct or resend the parcel to you.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and correct information when placing their order, including an email address, a mobile number, and a current, clear and detailed shipping address.
If the customer specifies signature on delivery, and is not at shipping location to accept, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect their parcel from the local post office which it was sent to. If the parcel is then returned to sender, a charge of $14.95 will be charged to the customer in order for the parcel to be re-dispatched. If the customer cancels their order, a charge of $14.95 will be deducted from their refund for postage and handling.
Business addresses must have a business name and attention to name attached. If the business address is a multilevel building, please include the level of the business.
If the customer provides an authority to leave their parcel unattended, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30 Day Returns Policy with the exception of Change of Mind Returns, which is 10 calendar days. Please contact us within 10/30 days of your order date if you wish to exchange or refund any item that you have purchased from jerichoskincare.com.au. Please note that this Returns Policy forms part of our standard Terms and Conditions and is subject to change, however, your statutory rights are in no way diminished by this Returns Policy.
Please ensure that you check the contents of your order upon receipt before using any products.
If there are any discrepancies or issues with your order, we (Jerichoskincare) need to be advised within 7 calendar days of receipt, this will enable us to investigate further. Please contact us before attempting to return your order, or any part of your order.
A Return Request needs to be authorised by our Customer Service prior to return. Without this Return Authorisation we cannot accept your return.

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, we will request that this item be sent back to us in original condition (unopened and unused). For change of mind returns, shipping labels are not provided and the customer must cover the cost of shipping.
It is recommended that you use a trackable method of delivery which insures you for the value of the goods. Jericho Skincare does not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport or for the non-delivery of the returned item/s. If product is returned to Jericho Skincare damaged or used, we can resend the product back to you at a cost of $19.95 postage and handling, or we can hold it in store until placement of your next order.
Once we have received item/s in pristine condition, unopened, and with all manufacturer’s seals intact, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
Allergic Reaction
If you experience an allergic reaction to a product that you’ve purchased from Jericho Skincare, please contact us immediately.
Jericho Skincare will need to gather additional information depending on the product with which you have had an allergic reaction too. This may include: A clear, current, and dated photograph of the affected area; A current, dated letter from your doctor confirming the allergic reaction is related to the product you purchased from Jericho Skincare; and Any additional information such as Batch number and Expiry date. In addition to supplying the above information, we will request that this product be sent back to us with no less than 20% used. The product must be returned to us using a prepaid return postage label which we will supply.
You must package the product with its original protective packaging, if the original packaging has been disposed of, another form of protective packaging is required to protect the product in transit. Once the product has been received into our warehouse, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
Order Discrepancy
If you have received an incorrect product or quantity, please contact us immediately by emailing our Customer Service at sales@jerichoskincare.com.au. We will then need to verify the weight against our records. Once verified, we will send the additional item/s to you via Express Post at no additional expense.
If the item is no longer available, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
If you have received an incorrect item, we will request that this item be sent back to us (Jericho Skincare), in pristine condition, using a prepaid return postage label which we will supply. You must package the product with its original protective packaging, if the original packaging has been disposed of, another form of protective packaging is required to protect the product in transit.
Once the item is received by jerichoskincare.com.au in a pristine condition, unopened, and with all manufacturer’s seals intact, we will then send the correct item/s to you via Express Post at no additional cost to you.
If the item is no longer available, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
Damaged Items
If you have received your order damaged, please contact us immediately by emailing to sales@jerichoskincare.com.au
We also request that you send us photographs of your damaged order. We will then request the damaged item/s be returned using a prepaid return postage label which we will supply. You must package the product with its original protective packaging as received from the courier.
Once the item/s are received into our warehouse, we will then replace damaged item/s, sending via Express Post at no additional cost to you.
If the item is no longer available, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
Faulty Products
If you discover your product/s is faulty, please contact sales@jerichoskincare.com.au immediately.
We request that you send us photographs of the faulty product/s. We then request the faulty product/s be returned using a prepaid return postage label which we will supply. You must package the product with its original protective packaging, if the original packaging has been disposed of, another form of protective packaging is required to protect the product in transit.
Once the product/s has been received into our warehouse and confirmed to be faulty, we will then replace the item/s, by sending via Express Post at no additional cost to you. Please note, if your item is found without fault, we can resend the product back to you at a cost of $19.95 postage and handling, or we can hold it in store until placement of your next order.
If the item is no longer available, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
